Service Description

Group Format: The psychotherapeutic group meets once a week for a duration of 120 minutes. The group is conducted in a comfortable and confidential setting, encouraging open and honest communication among the participants. The total duration of the group therapy program will be determined based on the specific needs and goals of the group members. Therapeutic Approach: The group incorporates an integrative approach to therapy, drawing upon various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Psychodrama, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The facilitator utilizes a person-centered approach, tailoring the therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each group member. Benefits of Group Therapy: Emotional Support: Participants gain a sense of belonging and support from others who may have similar experiences, creating an atmosphere of empathy and understanding. Enhanced Self-Awareness: Group therapy provides an opportunity for self-reflection and increased self-awareness by exploring thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns within a supportive group setting. Learning from Others: Participants learn from the experiences, perspectives, and coping strategies shared by others, offering new insights and alternative perspectives. Confidentiality: Confidentiality is of utmost importance in the Healing Hearts Psychotherapeutic Group. Participants are expected to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other group members. The facilitator will provide further details regarding the group's confidentiality guidelines during the initial session.
