 Supporting LGBTQIA+ Individuals on Their Path to Healing

Overview:
This 3-day group therapy program, facilitated by two experienced, ACC-accredited therapists, is designed for
 LGBTQIA+ individuals with a sensitive ACC claim. Three days of creative art therapy, with a blend of
 psychodrama, somatic therapy, art, LGBTQIA+ identity experiences, psychoeducation on PTSD and
 breathwork. Run by Nel Fentiman, Cinnamon Boreham and Tiana Jolly. This group would suit LGBTQIA+

 Emotional regulation techniques: breath work, psycho education, and mindfulness

 Coping with social isolation, especially post-pandemic

 Navigating family and peer relationships and their impact on PTSD

 Addressing anxiety, rumination, and depression in the context of PTSD flashbacks

 Tackling minority stress related to LGBTQIA+ identity and trauma

 Building connections within the Ötepoti rainbow community

 Assertive communication and boundary-setting 
- 
Psycho education on nervous system regulation for calm and balance
