An 8-Week Therapeutic Group for Adults Recovering from Sexual Harm
Courageous Arts is a structured, ACC-approved group programme designed to support adults (20+)
with an accepted sensitive claim who are working toward recovery from sexual harm.
This group combines Creative Arts Therapy and Psychodrama to help participants process trauma in ways that are embodied, expressive, and relational — not just verbal.
